What is your WHY for Concealed?
My reasoning for creating concealed was to bring a method to the market without all the negativity. A method you can bring back to your clients and have creative freedom with and have a community that supports that. Concealed was tested in our salon for two years. Two years of testing by wearing ourselves and trying on guests. We took all the good feedback and created a method that not only stylists will find an easy learning curve but that their guests will love experiencing as well.
What do you want students to take away from this course?
I want you to be able to take home a methodology that supports you and your business. Concealed will not only have you loving the installation process but also have a community that supports you as well. When taking this course, I want you to be able to leave feeling a little more confident than you did before. We’re here to make your life at home in the salon easier. I can’t wait to show you what Concealed is all about and how to save time!
Sassy Facts
I never intended to do hair. When the market crashed in 2007, I was fresh out of college and working as an interior designer. Like many others, I quickly found myself laid off and needing other options—-hair school was the answer. I could still be expressive, creative and surround myself with amazing people. I instantly fell in love. I could not believe people would pay to let me help them feel beautiful.
I love post-its, typography, and handwriting. I want to become proficient at analyzing people’s handwriting before digital typing takes over forever.
I’ve always wanted to be a carry-on suitcase-only type of traveler—-never been remotely close. Not one time in my life.

A: We really took a step back and address common situations clients and stylists have come across! Our method allows for a seamless installation at the corners, a flexible flip-up right after installation for guest comfort, and to remove tension points for scalp health.
